Click the 'Enter Now' box on the event page of your choice and follow the instructions. Online entries may be paid by VISA or Mastercard. You are encouraged to enter online. Go to the calendar event that you wish to enter. Read the event information carefully. Complete the entry form, including credit credit card payment, and submit.
You will receive an immediate email confirmation of your entry
if you have included a valid email address on the entry form. Please use a personal email address, as many employers servers screen out such emails.
2. mail in
Mail in entries must be paid by cheque and must be received
by 6:00 p.m. the Friday, 8-9 days prior to each event. If you miss this deadline, you will only be able to enter
the event at an advertised Race Kit Pick Up time and location, and
you will be required to pay the late entry fee in cash. Entries that are mailed in, or dropped off, are subject to an additiona $5.00 processing fee, which should be added to the total entry fee & HST.
You will receive entry confirmation by email only if you provide
a valid email address when you mail in the entry form. Entry forms for mail in entries can only be obtained online.

the entry form, complete it, and mail it with the appropriate
entry fee payable to Somersault Event Series and mail to:

3. drop off your entry
Drop Off entries must be paid by cheque or with cash (we
can't accept credit card payment for Drop Off or mailed in entries).
Entries may be dropped off up to 6:00 p.m. the Sunday before
the event, during regular business hours.
If you miss this deadline, you will only be able to enter at a Race
Kit Pick Up time and location - and you will be required to pay
the late entry fee in cash. Entry
confirmation will only be sent if you provide a valid email
address on the entry form when you drop it off.
forms for drop off entries can only be obtained from the event
web site. Click "Enter Now" print the entry
form, complete it and drop it off with payment (cheque payable to Somersault Event Series or
cash only) to the above address.
4. late entries
Entries (Online, Mail In, or Drop Off) will be accepted up to 6:00 p.m.
the Friday, 8-9 days prior to the event. After that time, entries
may only be made in person at a Race Kit Pick Up time and location. These late entries will be charged
the late entry fee, and must be paid in cash.
