Four Must-Do Races for Canadian Triathletes

Canada is triathlon country! Our love of triathlon stretches back almost 40 years! The first ever triathlon in Canada took place just two years after the first ever Kona race. Since then Canada has produced some of the best triathletes in the world and we’ve grown from one little race in Smiths Falls to hundreds of races across the country.

Somersault is proud to be a part of that robust history. Every time you take the start line at a triathlon in Canada, you’re adding to that history! And we’ve identified four races that we think all Canadian triathletes should have on their bucket list because of their significance to Canada and/or the sport of triathlon in Canada.
